Job Summary:
The Part-Time Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the assigned facilities. Duties include routine cleaning, maintaining sanitary standards, and ensuring that the premises are orderly and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.

Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and entrance areas.

Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and securely.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Flexibility to perform various cleaning tasks as needed.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical activities required for cleaning.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.

Occasional exposure to dust and dirt.
