Job Title: Handyman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of repair and maintenance skills, along with specific certifications in areas such as electrical work, HVAC, or plumbing. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and minor installations.
Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues, including wiring, light fixtures, and outlets, following proper safety protocols.
Perform HVAC system maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and troubleshooting, in accordance with certification standards.
Handle minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
Assemble furniture, equipment, or other items as required.
Inspect properties and identify any potential repair or maintenance issues.
Provide cost estimates for repair projects and manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule.
Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations, particularly in specialized areas.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Certifications in relevant fields, such as Electrical (e.g., Journeyman Electrician), HVAC (e.g., EPA Certification), or Plumbing.
Skilled in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry and general handyman duties.
Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
