Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of flooring surfaces, including tile, carpet, and hardwood, in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
Apply sealers, waxes, and finishes to floors as required.
Conduct floor stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
Identify and report any floor damage or areas requiring repair.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in floor care or custodial work is preferred but not required.
Ability to operate and maintain various floor care equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
